Cooking with Mrs.Fa'alili

How to make Koko alaisa



Ingredients

  1. Koko

  2. Alaisa(rice)

  3. Vai(water)

  4. Suka(sugar)

  5. Pe’e pe’e(coconut cream)


Equipment

  1. Pot(ulo)

  2. Knife(nafi)

  3. Spoon(spuni)

  4. Cup(ipu)

  5. Oven(ogaumn)


Method

  1. Wash the Alaisa 3 times 

  2. Add Vai to alasia (3 to 4 quarters of the ulo)

  3. Let it boil

  4. Add ½ koko to the ulo

  5. Let it boi

  6. Add suka and pe’epe’e

  7. Let it boil for 10 minutes

  8. Serve and enjoy!
