How to make Koko alaisa
Ingredients
Koko
Alaisa(rice)
Vai(water)
Suka(sugar)
Pe’e pe’e(coconut cream)
Equipment
Pot(ulo)
Knife(nafi)
Spoon(spuni)
Cup(ipu)
Oven(ogaumn)
Method
Wash the Alaisa 3 times
Add Vai to alasia (3 to 4 quarters of the ulo)
Let it boil
Add ½ koko to the ulo
Let it boi
Add suka and pe’epe’e
Let it boil for 10 minutes
Serve and enjoy!
